Environment Studies

This week we explored environments and composition! 
We started off by looking at this artist's method for inspiration.
We also looked at backgrounds for animation 
and passed around these books.

Visual Development Day!

This Friday we talked about Visual Development.
We looked at storyboards, character designs, and environments
from animated features, tv animation, and video games!


We also looked at a couple of examples of Vis. Dev. portfolios:



Then, we watched The Making of Mulan and sketched
for the remainder of the meeting time.
